Session length:
45 minutes.

Sessions start and end strictly at the scheduled times. A late arrival will cut into your allocated time.

Price:
$85 (includes gst & full payment is required at the time of booking online to secure your time slot)

Cancelation policy:

• Over 24 Hours Notice: Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the session receive a full refund.

• Under 24 Hours Notice: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session forfeit 50% of the payment.

• No-Shows: Failure to attend a scheduled session without notice results in losing 100% of the payment.

Location:

Sessions with Coaches: Blair, Rachel, Ben & Frankie are held at the Sydenham Indoor Centre and is located beside Sydenham Park at 240 Brougham Street.

Sessions with Mark Lane will be held at 'The Cloud' at St Andrews College, 347 Papanui Road.

Car Parking:

Car parking is available on Brougham Street in front of the Cricket and Bowls clubs and in the car parking facility on Sydenham Park. The car park can be accessed from Milton Street onto Johnson Street.

Mandatory Equipment and Safety:
• Compulsory Batting Gear: Correct protective equipment must be worn at all times while batting.

• Helmet Mandate: Helmets are strictly mandatory for all batting activities.

• Right to Refuse: Coaching will be refused if a client lacks the required safety gear. No refunds apply.

Safeguarding and Minors:
• Under 16 Requirement: A parent or legal guardian must remain at the indoor venue for the full 45 minutes.

• Drop-offs Prohibited: Children under 16 cannot be left unattended at the facility at any time.

Health, Safety, and Liability:

• Medical Fitness: Clients must disclose any injuries or medical conditions before the session begins.

• Assumption of Risk: Cricket involves inherent physical risks. Clients participate at their own risk.

• Liability Waiver: The Cricket Doctor is not liable for personal injury or property damage sustained during training.
